A new variation of Klink has arrived… Rhubarb! This is a special release for us as this beer has been sitting in barrels since the beginning of our North St location.. almost 4 YEARS! A blend of Klink from those 4 year white wine barrels and some more recent sour out of our oak foeders to round it out. This beer highlights a springtime rhubarb harvest which adds nice tartness to a slightly funky & tart base beer.
